The boundaries of the Self

The alienation experienced nowadays concerning one's body, the Self, the Other, and nature is worrying and constitutes one of the leading causes of the exponential increase of loneliness, exhaustion, depression and borderline and narcissistic structures.

The lack of limits is a current topic in our daily life, and it is due to over-stimulation, and incitement to immediate consumption, resulting in low frustration tolerance, high levels of anxiety and loss of creativity.

The desire to live is inborn in our pelvis and compels us towards the world and others. In this movement, we must face the limits of our actions and borders that protect us against the danger of omnipotence.

Self-restraint and self-regulation are two fundamental themes without which it will be impossible to direct awareness and strength towards creating integrated dance. We mean a balance between our vital impulses and creative intention.

The movement born out of self-regulation is intelligent and able to travel through different qualities and dynamics without losing the lustre of spontaneity. Strength and flexibility work together, generating fluidity.
