Dançar com o Coração has been an incredible journey in discovering my feelings. The rhythm, movements, and dance have taught me things I didn't know about myself and brought me joy and energy in relationships with others.

In this genuine way of dancing, in which we search deep within ourselves, extraordinary moments of absolute pleasure emerge. We also notice our blocks, the "memories" we have in our bodies that sometimes prevent us from releasing our energy and creativity.

The classes/sessions are so intense and strong that I always leave with the feeling that anything is possible, with a warm heart and a huge desire to live life honestly and follow what I feel. My image is of the elasticity that breathing brings to the soul.

Connecting with the other dancers and teachers has been an enriching journey. I feel thrilled to have found this group of people and to be able to share these moments of my Heart for dancing every week.

There was a transformation, a massive evolution for each of us in our lives, feelings, and sharing. Dançar com o Coração is a magical cauldron where we can dance emotions and transform lives weekly.
