Dançar com o Coração® has been challenging: the weaknesses and insecurities that I bring in my relationship with others are exposed in this playground of games, dances, and invitations. But this is also precisely where it has strengthened me, where I needed it so much! Sometimes, in everyday life, I find myself being more authentic in my relationships, more present in the totality of who I am - and then I recognize the path I have taken, which was, in part, made or mapped by the experiences we shared in dancing with the heart.
