These are worlds that arouse curiosity and, at times, fear by inviting us to enter the body, that place that carries our entire history and where, from stage to stage, the identity of each person is designed and (re)defined.

The Dançar com o Coração® method is presented by its creators in an obvious way, solidly anchored in theories of development and attachment processes, returning to the body its role as container and vehicle of our existence. Bioenergetic Analysis and Contemporary Dance join hands and guide this journey in a safe and trustworthy space, allowing each person to delve into the submerged and invisible, experiment, (re)discover and grow.
